Peach Jam

At Country Spoon when we make our peach jam we use several varieties of peaches to achieve the flavor profile we want.  A combination of Red Haven, Lemon Elberta, and Diamond Princess peaches bring just the right flavor and texture to our jam. These peach preserves are excellent as an ingredient in marinades, as a garnishment, and on toast and peanut butter sandwiches.
